These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of posemyphoto (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
2. Content & Reference Photos
You retain ownership of the reference photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your portraits. We do not sell your images, and we do not train third-party models on them.
3. Generated Images
Subject to payment of any applicable fees, you own commercial rights to images generated from your own reference photos on a paid plan. You agree not to use the Service to depict any person without their consent or to create defamatory, sexually explicit, or unlawful content.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to bypass quota limits, scrape the Service, or use it to generate identity documents, illegal sexual content, or content depicting minors in any sexualized manner. Violations may result in immediate termination.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
